Terms and
Conditions of Design and Print Services.
The terms "us" "we" "our" "ours" refers to The Printing Box.
The term "you" "your" "client" "buyer" "purchaser" rerers to you, the
customer.
- Once art
work has been approved it cannot be revised further.
- You are
responsible for supplying all images, logos, text and other
componants you require on your design. If you require us to source
images
and / or provide content writing this WILL incur further charges.
- By
agreeing to a design service you are agreeing to purchase the
corresponding print service, except for when you request an independant
design service, which will incur further charges.
- Full
payment for BOTH the design and print services must be received before
work can start on your design.
- All art
work designed by The Printing Box, including any proofs sent out by The
Printing Box, remains the property of The Printing Box until such a
time as you purchase the final product.
- The
Printing Box reserves the right to refuse to design any item with
content that is
deemed inappropriate by any party.
- By
sending The Printing Box an image, logo or line of text for use in a
design you agree that you are the owner of the content. The Printing
Box reserves the right to ask for proof of ownership before we will use
the content in any design or print.
- Any
content sent to The Printing Box will remain the property of the
sender, except for where the content is "publicly owned" and therefor
has no ownership. The Printing Box cannot reproduce it without
your prior consent, however by sending us content you agree to let us
store at least one copy in its original state and one copy incorporated
in each design for a term of 12 months from the date of receiving by
The
Printing Box. You can then apply in writing to have them removed. The
content will be removed within 7 days from the receipt of the request.
The Printing Box does not need to inform you when the files have been
removed.
- Any
artwork removed from our system at the request of the client WILL need
to be redesigned (incuring a new design cost) before it can be
printed.
- The
Printing Box will store any artwork it designs for a term of 12 months
from completion, after which we reserve the right to remove it, without
your consent.
- You can
have artwork reproduced at any time during the 12 month holding period
AFTER this if you require art work printed you may be required to
pay for any re-designing.
- If The
Printing Box logo and / or name is used in your art work (by
means of a sponsership discount or by any other means) then that
remains the sole property of The Printing Box, and MUST not be
reproduced in any way without our full prior consent in writing.
- The
Printing Box reserves the right to refuse any work at any time, no
reason needs to be given.
- The
Printing Box reserves the right to discontinue work on any design, at
any time. No reason needs to be given. In this instance a FULL
refund will be given, except where the client is in breech of these
terms or any other terms specified by The Printing Box, then No refund
will be given.
- Quotes
are valid for 28 days.
- If you
have purchased a design service package and wish to cancel that
service
before completion for any reason - you may do so but NO refund will be
given. The date of cancellation will be refered to as your completion
date regardless of the stage of your artwork.
- The
Printing Box can provide a completion estimate date, however we cannot
guarantee completion by any date.
- The
customer is responsible for accepting any proof of art work
designed by The
Printing Box. This includes, but is not limited to, spelling, font,
colour,
positioning and sizes. Proofs must be accepted before artwork is sent
to print.
- The
Printing Box will not be liable in any way for any losses or damges
caused by any
mistakes in artwork that has been proofed and accepted by the customer.
- We may
contact you by e-mail, telephone or by post, at our discretion.
- By
purchasing and paying for an item you agree to these terms and
conditions AND any other terms and conditions specified by The
Printing Box at the time of purchase.
