•  Please note if extras are not added at time of revision a £2.50 revision fee will be added for each subscequent revision.
• Once art work has been  approved its can not revised further.
• You are responcible for supplying all images, logos, text and and other componet you require on you design. if you require us to source images and or contect wrighting this WILL encure further charges.
• By agreeing to a design service you are agreeing to puchice the corosponding print service, except for when you purchace the reproduction rights AT the time of cominishing the design service.
  
• Full payment for BOTH the design and print services must be recieved before work can start on your design.
• All art work designed by The Printing Box including any proofs sent out by The Printing Box remains the property of The Printing Box untill such a time as you purchase the reproduction rights from us for an ownership fee as set out by The Printing Box as time of purchace of rights.
• The Printing Box reserves the right to refuse to design content that is deemed unaproprate by any party.
• any price quoted on this website (www.theprintingbox.co.uk) is not binding and may change at any time.
  
• The printing Box reserves the right to change the packages and these tems with no notice.
• By sending The Printing Box an image, logo or line of text for use in a design you agree that you are the owner of the contect. The Printing Box reserves the right to ask for proof of ownership before if will use the content in any deign or print.
• Any content sent to The Printing Box will remain the property of the sender, except for where the content is "publicy owned" and there for has no ownership and The Printing Box can not reproduce it with out your proior concent, howerver by sending us content you agree to let us store at lest one copy in its original state and one copy incoprrated in each design for a term of 12 months from the date of receving by The Printing Box you can then apply in wrighting to have them removed. the content will be removed with in 7 days from the recept of the request. The Printing Box does not need to inform you when the files have been removed.
• any artwork removed from our system as the request of the client WILL need to redesigned (encuring a new design cost) before it can be printied. 
• The Printing Box will store any artwork it designs for a term of 12 months from competion after that it reserves the right to remove it, with out your concent or informing you.
• You can have artwork reproduced at any time during the 12 month holding period AFTER  this if you require art work printed you may be required to purchacve the reproduction rights.
  
• You can purchace the reproduction rights for any artwork with the 12 month period from design completion for a fee to set out by The Printing Box  this will not exceed £1500.
• After 12 months from the date of completion of any art work you can still purchace the reproduction rights but there is no uper limet on the fee for this.
  
• After purchesing of the right to any design you can request the removel of the files from our system. this must be in wrighting.
• If  The Printing Box logo and or  name is used in your art work (by means of a sponshership discouont or by any other means) then that remains the sole property of The Printing Box, and MUST not be reproduced in any way with out our full prior concent in wrighting.
• The Printing Box reserves the right toi refuse any work at any time. no reason need to be given.
• The Printing Box Reserves the right to discontinue work on any design at any time. no reason need to be given. in this instence a  FULL refund will be given, except where the client is in brech of these terms or any other terms layed out by The Printing Box and No refund will be given.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days only from the date stated on the quotation and FULL paymen tmust be recieved with in the 7 day for work to begin.
• Once you have purchaced a design service package (the term purchase refers to the exchanging of money only) and wish to discontinue the service before completion for any reason you can do son but NO refund will be given the date of discontination will be frferded to as your completion date regardless of the state of your artwork.
• once a service is cancled it can NOT be retracted so if you require work to continue you must purchace a new service
• The Printing Box will uphold its comitment for its service at set out in any quote issued by The Printing Box(once payed forin full) or in your post sale recept only, as long as you comply with the terms and contiotons of design servicesand any other terms that may be set out by The Printing Box at time of purchace.
• The Printing Box can provide a completion estimate date, however we can not garuntee completed by any date.
• The client is respociable for the proffing of any art work designed by The Printing Box this inclues but is not limited to spelling, font, colour, possioning, sizes.  this is to be done before approving artwork for print. 
• The Printing Box is not liable in any way for any losses or damges from any mistakes from
  
• We may contact you by E-Mail, Telephone, or post, which is at the decresion of us
• Faliure to respond to any comunication  (excluding any quotes, sales recepts or automaticly generated corospondence) with in 3 working days will be taken as a termination of service and all work on your design(s) will be discontinued and no refund will be given
  
• By purchasing and paying for an item you agree to these terms and contiotions AND any other terms and contiotons layed out by The Printing Pox at the time if purchace
